Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with Katigraha undergoing swedana therapy (Rooksha CPS and Snigda PPS) for 5 to 7 days(each) Participants aged 40 to 70 years, irrespective of gender Willing to undergo Body Composition Monitoring and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are contraindicated for bioelectrical impedance techniques(any electronic medical implant-pacemaker/implantable cardiac defibrillator and pregnancy). Those who can not stand erect for 5 minutes.
