Interventions

Intervention1: Bronco test as a intervention therapy: The Bronco test intervention was a 2-week progressive training protocol to boost cardiorespiratory endurance and lower limb power in middle-distan
total 1,200m) with directional changes for eccentric loading. Time was recorded in seconds after a familiarization set.Week 1 (days 1,3,5): Sessions 1-2: 2 sets (5-min rest)
Session 3: 3 sets. Week 2 (days 7,9,11): Session 1: 3 sets
Sessions 2-3: 4 sets (5-min rest). Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders within age group of 18-25years. Having one year of running experience and Practices more than 3 days in a week Participants willing to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal injuries within 6 months (ex: LL fractures, repeated sprain etc) Participants diagnosed with cardiovascular, respiratory or metabolic disorders are excluded.
