Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 25-45 years Identify as male or female Currently employed on a full-time basis Working on-site Have minimum two years of work experience in Information Technology Sector A resident of, and working in India. Be able to read and write English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently involved in any sexual harassment case (legal case/formal complaint) Have had 5 or more structured sessions of psychotherapy and/or have been on psychiatric medication in the past 6 months
