Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for total knee arthroplasty Radiographic evidence of severe OA (KL grade 3-4) Concomitant chronic low back pain Ability to move independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous ipsilateral knee arthroplasty Active spinal pathology requiring surgery Inflammatory arthropathy Significant hip pathology Functional limb length discrepency
