Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with IBS-D as per Rome IV criteria [2] Concurrent diagnosis of Pittaja Grahani based on classical Ayurvedic lakshanas Willingness to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of organic gastrointestinal diseases (ruled out by appropriate investigations) Severe systemic illnesses (cardiac, renal, hepatic disorders) Pregnancy or lactation Psychiatric illness interfering with study compliance Patients deemed unfit for Panchakarma procedures after clinical assessment
