Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Should be involved in software companies 2.Software workers age gap 25 to 45yrs 3.Should have working period of 6 8 hours per day atleast 2yrs in field 4.Software workers with backpain neck pain shoulder pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Software workers with backache due to organic spinal pathology such askyphosis scoliosis prolapsed intervertebral disc ankylosing spondylitis degenerative lumbarsacral spondylosis
