Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 10 to 18 Both male and female Playing Kabaddi For atleast last 1 year Practicing Kabaddi 4 to 5 times a week Playing at Inter club competition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any recent lower limb musculoskeletal injury or surgery in last 6 months Any diagnosed neurological medical condition. Recreational players
