Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with NSCLC planned for upfront surgery Patients with NSCLC planned for surgery after neoadjuvant therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Small cell lung cancer. Patient with Dual primary malignancy. Recurrent NSCLC. Patients not consenting for PET-CT or EBUS-TBNA or Surgery
