Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range Children aged 3 to 16 years age range can be adjusted based on study focus Both sexes male and female Patients fulfilling the paradise criteria for recurrent tonsillitis such as Children presenting with symptoms such as sore throat fever cervical Children with immunodeficiency disorder Lymphadenopathy and tonsillar inflammation or exudates Informed consent obtained from parents or legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with acute tonsillitis not meeting the criteria for recurrent episodes Children with chronic systemic illnesses Presence of peritonsillar abscess or any other throat surgery Children with known allergies to medications used in the study if applicable History of tonsillectomy or any other throat surgery Inability to obtain informed consent from parents or guardians
