Intervention1: Interscalene block and Suprascapular block via anterior approach: Preoperatively, ipsilateral sonographic guided Interscalene and suprascapular block is given using 15ml+ 5ml 0.5% Bupiv

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I and ASA II patients. 2.Age 18-65 years 3.Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy in beach chair position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of drug abuse. 2.Patients with known psychiatric disorder. 3.Patients with difficult airway. 4.Infections in local site. 5.Patients with deranged coagulogram. 6.Patients with no evidence of neuropathy. 7.patients without any cardian conduction anomalies. 8.Patient without any anatomical abnormalities in head and neck region. 9.End stage liver or renal disease. 10.History of any allergies to the drugs required in the study.

Patient satisfaction score assessed using the modified capuzzo questionnaire postoperativelyTimepoint: 4-8 hours postoperatively

1. Surgeon satisfaction with the surgical field on Likert scale. 2.Clarity of surgical field based on Modena Bleeding Scale. 3.Rate of conversion to general anaesthesia. 4.Patient discomfort according to VAS scale. 5.Recommendation to peer undergoing similar surgery about the anaesthesia technique. 6. Intraoperative hemodynamic shifts. 7. time to block placement. 8. Duration of surgery. 9. Total procedure time.Timepoint: 4-8 hours postoperatively.
