Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants must meet diagnostic criteria for pittavrutta vyana vayu based on symptoms. 2)Regular menstrual cycles lasting for 2 to 6 days with cycle duration of 25 to 35 days.3)Age irrespective of caste and socioeconomic status. 4)No restrictions based on marital status,education or occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of mood disorders due to systemic diseases,psychiatric disorders or use of antipsychotic medications. 2) K/C/O severe systemic diseases , thyroid disorders, major gynecological disorders. 3)pregnant women 4)women using oral contraceptives or undergoing harmone replacement therapy
