Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with DSM V- clinical diagnosis of Major depressive disorder. 2. Severity of depression- mild to severe. 3. Age from 18 60 years 4. Both sexes 5. Patients who consent for TMS and yoga
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with brain implants, cardiac pacemakers, cochlear implants and medication infusion devices 2. Co-morbid substance abuse (excluding nicotine dependence), psychosis, suicidal and self-injurious behaviour, mental retardation, any other DSM V anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders. 3. Severe depression with catatonic symptoms, suicidal risk or severe psychomotor retardation. 4. Bipolar depression. 5. Currently pregnant or lactating. 6. Subjects with severe physical ailments like general medical conditions like coronary artery disease, fracture, seizure disorders, autoimmune disorders, chronic fever and those on treatment with immune-modulating agents. 7. History of ECT in past 3 months
