Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with grade III or Grade IV hemorrhoids Fit for surgery under spinal or General anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coexisting anorectal conditions Bleeding diathesis or on anticoagulants Immunocompromised History of previous anorectal surgery
