Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willingly giving informed written consent to participate in study. 2. Computer operating cadres who work with chair and table with desktop computer in Sawai Man Singh medical college and hospital, Jaipur. 3. Age between 18-60 years. 4. Worked for at least 4 hours a day and for at least 5 days a week. 5. Work duration of 6 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously known history of trauma, infection, fracture and associated inflammatory disease of musculoskeletal system.

Score of Standard Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire and Score from Visual Analogue Scale 3. Work station Ergonomics score based on National Institute of Health Computer workstation ergonomics self assessment checklist.Timepoint: 2 years
