Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients showing classical symptoms and signs of Gridhrasi as described in AyurVedic A. Sphikpurvakati, Uru, Janu, Jangha, Pad shoola (Pain along the buttock to the outer border of the foot) B. Sphikpurvakati, Uru, Janu, Jangha, Pad Kramat shoola (Radiating pain along the buttock to the outer border of the foot) C) Stambha (Stiffness) D) Toda (Pricking pain) 2. Patients between the ages of 35-60 years. 3. SLR Test of patient positive up to 70 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major systemic disorders such as cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, and kidney failure. 2. Patients with a known case of Rheumatoid arthritis,Ankylosing spondylosis, Psoriatic arthritis, Gouty arthritis, SLE, T.B. spine, and osteomyelitis. 3) Patients with paraplegia of the lower limb. 4) Fracture of spinal bones or in lower extremity bones. 5)Patients suffering from any major acute or systemic illness or surgical pathology. 6) Pregnant and lactating mothers.
