Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient of age between 18 to 60 years of both gender,patient with presence of ruka toda stambha spandana in sphika prushta kati uru janu jangha and pada gaurava alasya mandaruja shaitya tandra,patient with chronic sciatica defined as having persistent or recurrent radiating pain along the sciatica nerve pathway for duration more than 12-20 weeks this chronicity ensures the selection of the subjects with stable symptoms allowing for better assessment for therapeutic intervention efficacy over time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with known case of several traumatic injuries spinal tumor and spinal deformity gridhrasi associated with any of following disorders will be excluded such as rheumatoid arthritis autoimmune disease known case of inflammatory disorders like tubercular arthritis septic arthritis ca lumbar spine potts spine known case of diabetes mellitus and differential diagnosis such as immunocompromised and pregnant and lactating women
