Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently Healthy volunteers irrespective of any caste, gender, and religion. 2.Stable vitals (no acute infection or fever at time of enrolment). 3.Willingness to follow intervention and dietary advice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of any acute or chronic systemic illness. 2.Known gastrointestinal, metabolic, or endocrine disorders. 3.Use of long-term medication affecting digestion or metabolism. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.History of allergy or hypersensitivity to silver or metals. 6.History of major gastrointestinal surgery. 7.Participation in another clinical study during the study period.

MeasureTime frame
Change in agni (digestive function) assessed using a standardized agni assessment proforma from baseline to the end of the intervention period (2 months).Timepoint: Baseline and follow-up upto 2 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in appetite, digestion-related symptoms, bowel habits, and safety assessed during the study period.Timepoint: Baseline and follow-up upto 2 months.
