Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus as per WHO or ADA criteria (FBS more than or equal to 126 mg/dL, PPBS more than or equal to 200 mg/dL, or HbA1c more than or equal to 6.5). 2.Age between 30 to 70 years (both male and female). 3.Patients willing to provide informed consent and able to attend regular follow-ups. 4.Patients whose case analysis reveals identifiable exciting and maintaining causes for individualized homoeopathic prescription.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus or Gestational Diabetes. 2.Severe diabetic complications (e.g., Diabetic Ketoacidosis, advanced nephropathy, retinopathy requiring urgent intervention). 3.Excessive blood glucose, FBS more than 300 mg per dl, PPBS more than 450 mg per dl. 4.Patients with significant comorbidities (e.g., advanced cardiovascular disease, active cancer, chronic liver disease). 5.Pregnant and lactating women. 6.Patients with history of pancreatitis or with abnormal amylase / lipase level.
