Intervention1: Elarisi Karpam (Internal) with Siddhar Yoga Therapy: Elarisi Karpam oral 100 milli gram with honey twice a day for 48 days and Siddhar Yoga Therapy 30 minutes daily for 48 days Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with GAD 7 total score range between greater than 5 and less than 21 Fulfilling DSM V Diagnostic criteria for GAD with more than 3 of the following symptoms were included in the study Excessive anxiety and worry Difficulty Controlling the worry Restlessness or feeling keyed up or an edge Early fatigued Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank Irritability Muscle tension Sleep disturbance Difficulty falling or staying asleep or restless Unsatisfying sleep Significant distress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Below 18 and 60 years Pregnant and lactating women Patients who are taking Psychotropic drugs and substance abuse like alcohol etc Patients not fulfilling the GAD Criteria Other Psychiatric disorders Cancer Epilepsy Neurological disorders Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Hypothyroidism Hyperthyroidism Any other systemic illness Participants will be excluded clinically or based on available medical reports
