Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subfertile males aged 21 to 45 years attending the infertility clinic. 2.Individuals able to provide semen samples by masturbation after 2 to 7 days of abstinence. 3.Individuals willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Azoospermic samples. 2.Samples with severe necrozoospermia. 3.Individuals with active genital infections. 4.Individuals unwilling to participate.
