Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male football players with FAI players who practice football atleast 3 days/week players who have been practising football for atleast 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any recent injury or recent surgery in past 6 months Players who are involved in other games alongside football Players who had history of any drug abuse History of any musculoskeletal disorder, neurological disorder, cardiopulmonary disorder, psychological problems or any other conditions that may affect the participation of Players in the study
