Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with age group of 40 to 60 peri menopausal ( irregular menstrual cycle more than 3months or cessation of menstrual cycle for atleast 12 months experienced menopausal transition symptoms ,hot flushes , sweating . sleep disturbance , anxiety , vaginal dryness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of endomterial hyperplasia history of melanoma or breast ,uterine or ovarian cancer DUB with known pathological condition
