Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will include female patients between age group of 15 to 30 years, both married and unmarried, with a clinical diagnosis of primary dysmenorrhea experiencing regular menstrual cycle. with a history of painful menstruation for more than 3 consecutive cycles, with no evidence of any pelvic pathology (like endometriosis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis etc.). Patients willing and able to participate and provide informed consent will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients currently using any intrauterine device or oral conraceptives, those who have undergone recent abdominal/spinal surgery as well as those diagnosed with any malignant diseases or immuno deficiency disorders will be excluded. Additionally, patients with any systemic illnesses such as tuberculosis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus or thyroid dysfunction will be excluded from the study.
