Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women with age range 21-40 years 2 Patients fulfilling Diagnostic criteria Patient Having Heavy menstruation with Duration of Bleeding More than 7 days or Amount of Bleeding More than 80 ml or both at least 2 Consecutive cycle 3 Patients having uterine fibroid size less than or equal to 4 cm and fibroid measuring 4 cm only 3 fibroid will be included 4 Patient having HB less than 7gm percent 5 Patients willing to provide informed consent irrespective of their state religion caste socio economic status or region of residence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having congenital anomaly of reproductive system 2 Pregnant women 3 Patients with postmenopausal bleeding 4 Patients with intrauterine devices 5 Known Case Of DM 6 Uncontrolled HTN 7 Known Case Of Malignancy 8 Known Case Of coagulopathy 9 Patients with severe pelvic pain VAS Score more than 7
