Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females between age group 13 to 16 years with haemoglobin percentage below 11gm% and above 8gm%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Anaemia due to traumatic injury, accidents , poisoning cases or any other terminal illness Subjects due to congenital haemolytic disease Bone marrow depressive cases due to any drugs
