Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 18-40 years. Absence of menstruation for more than 35 days. Endometrial thickness greater than or equal to 6mm in USG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Oligomenorrhea Subjects with Hb less than 8gm per dl Women currently trying for conception Lactating women. Women using intrauterine devices or oral contraceptive pills. Congenital anomalies of uterus or ovaries. Subjects with Acid-Peptic disorder Known cases of chronic liver and renal disease.

Measure	Time frame
The efficacy of Chitraka Guda will be assessed based on whether menstruation is induced and the day of its onset.Timepoint: Parameters will be assessed from 1st day of medication to the 10th day or until menstruation is induced, whichever occurs first.	—
