Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clinically diagnosed cases of migraine 2 Patients willing to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Secondary headache disorders 2 Patients with severe systemic illness 3 Pregnant and lactating women 4 Patients on long-term prophylactic anti-migraine medication

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effectiveness of homoeopathic treatment in migraine by measuring change in Migraine Disability Assessment (MIDAS) score and to verify clinically useful rubrics for inclusion in the Synthesis repertoryTimepoint: cases will be collected for the period of 12 months or if followed by a minimum of 6 months of follow up. 5. Duration of the follow up of each case: the follow up will be taken at the interval of 15 days, or earlier if required.—
