Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of their gender, occupation, religion, socio-economic status will be selected. Patients having lakshanas of Avabahuka. 18 to 70 years of patients of Avabahuka.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with local tongue infection and congenital anomalies will be excluded. Patients having major ailments of other systems. E.g., Trauma related shoulder conditions (E.g. Fractures, Dislocation), Systemic disease affecting joints (E.g. Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis), Neurological disorders (E.g. Stroke, Parkinson s disease), Carcinoma of any organs. Pregnancy
