Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA status I or II undergoing elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with anticipated difficult airway such as short neck, morbid obesity, MMP 3 or 4, mouth opening less than 3 finger breadth oropharyngeal pathology or trauma pregnant women
