Inclusion criteria: 1. National or international Professionals attending the hospital for academic, clinical, observational, or research-related purposes from 2004 at Stavya Spine Hospital & Research Institute. 2. Individuals proficient in English or Hindi. 3. Willing to provide informed consent and complete the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Administrative or non-clinical Professionals not engaged in academic or observational activities. 2. Professionals unwilling to participate or withdrawing consent. 3. Questionnaires with greater than 30% incomplete responses.
