Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with post-ksharasutra tract ulcer of fistula-in-ano Age group 20 to 60 Irrespective of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with systemic conditions that could affect wound healing. Multiple fistula tracts. Anti-coagulants. Active infections. Unwillingness to give the written consent.
