Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: Female patients aged 18 years and above. Diagnosis of Endometrial Cancer: Patients with newly diagnosed endometrial cancer Patient Willing to Participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or Lactating Women Patients with other active malignancies and endometrial sarcomas. Patients with known autoimmune or chronic inflammatory diseases Patients with prior pelvic radiation or chemotherapy treatment for endometrial cancer.
