Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female racquet players aged 18-35 years. Athletes with documented sports-related injuries sustained more than 6 months ago. Participants who have completed primary injury treatment and are cleared for rehabilitation. Athletes actively training or competing at club, state, or national levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with acute injuries less than 6 months requiring ongoing treatment. Athletes unwilling to adhere to the structured rehabilitation protocol. Individuals with neurological impairments affecting reaction time. Athletes currently taking medication that may alter reaction speed.
