Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults of age 20-35 years. Individuals who can comprehend the questionnaire. Individuals who will sign the consent form. Participants scoring between 41 and 59 on the WEMWBS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are prediagnosed with psychiatric illness. Those with chronic systemic illness. Those who are under other medication. Individuals with significant cardiovascular, respiratory, or other chronic conditions that may contraindicate the use of Virechana therapy.
