Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presenting with Lakshanas of Nashtartava and Oligo-Hypomenorrhea that is Apravartamana of artava,Duration of menstrual cycle more than 35 days of menstrual cycle and alpa pramana of artava

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physiological amenorrhea Not attained menarche Pregnancy Lactation Menopause Patient with malnutritional anaemia (less than 7gm per dl) Women with any anatomical reproductive system defects. Subject having any history of other systemic illness interfering with course of treatment

Improvement in menstrual cyclicity, assessed by reduction in the interval between consecutive menstrual cycles (less than 35 days) and increase in quantity of menstrual bleeding, measured objectively using a Menstrual Pictogram, after completion of treatment.Timepoint: 1 year
