Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Above 18 years and family members of diagnosed patients with schizophrenia or BPD, suffering from more than one year. Family members who are givin direct care to patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Family members who are mentally and physically ill
