Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with madhumeha symptoms. 2. Patient willing to participate in the study. 3. Raised FM/PM and RBS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age group less than 20 year and above 50 years. 2. Those with Complication of DM, carbuncles, vision impaiement, diabetic foot. 3. Patients with a history of CHD, CCF, High risk multi organ involvement, othe complications 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
