Inclusion criteria: Self reported healthy individuals Individuals free from any significant disease BMI less than 30 kg/m Working knowledge of English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any activity-limiting injury or fracture History of neck pain, or shoulder pain Musculoskeletal upper-extremity conditions Neurological diseases Systemic disease Prior neck and shoulder surgeries
