Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .Subjects of age group between 40-60 years, irrespective of gender, religion, occupation and socioeconomic status. 2 .Subjects who are willing to give a written consent for the treatment. 3 .Subjects diagnosed with sandhigata Vata with features, Vatapurnadrutisparsha, Shotha ,Sandhi Atopa and Prasarana Akunchana Pravrutthi Savedana 4 .Chronicity of disease: patient with symptoms for atleast 1 year 5 . Patient Affected by 2 to 3 joints 6 .Knee joint , Hip joint , spine are considered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Condition associated with fracture, and other systemic illness that interfere with the treatment protocol associated with fracture within 1 to 2 years 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Patients with neurological disorders affecting joint movements. 4.Patients with long term use of steroids and immunosuppressants from 1 year 5.Known allergy to any ingredients of trial drug. 6.Patients with trauma and autoimmune disorders will not be considered 7.Patient with terminal illness, carcinoma are not considered
