Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 75 years scheduled for elective diagnostic flexible bronchoscopy with ASA physical status I III Willing to provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of head and neck surgery or radiation Anatomical abnormalities of the face neck or upper airway Tracheal or major airway stenosis Limited neck mobility or cervical spine disorders Emergency Bronchoscopy or altered mental status
