Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included in this study if they have a confirmed diagnosis of Parikartika (anal fissure) on inspection, are between 18 and 60 years old, have controlled hypertension and diabetes, and are willing and able to participate. Both males and females are included in this study.
