Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a smartphone and using the internet over a smartphone. Students having nomophobia NMP-Q score more than 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students involved in any physical exercise regime. Students suffering from any musculoskeletal or Neurological condition currently. Student underwent any spinal surgery in past 6 months Students with history of any diagnosed cervical lumbar injury in the past 6 months
