Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Patients with signs & symptoms of Bhagandara (Fistula-in-ano) like Pain (Vedana), Discharge (Strava) and Itching (Kandu) giving written consent willingly. ii. Patients of either sex, religion, educational status. iii. Low Anal Fistula iv. Patient with Operative recurrences

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Patients who are not ready to sign written informed consent form. ii. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus iii. Fistula secondary due to Ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, Tuberculosis, Carcinoma of rectum or Anal Canal iv. Multiple Fistula v. High Anal Fistula vi. AIDS vii. Hepatitis B viii. Bleeding Disorders ix. Renal or Hepatic Failure x. Pregnant Women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Healing of the fistula tract using the objective unit cutting time and clinical assessment of improvement. Timepoint: days per cm on 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 Day and 2 Follow up.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity measured at each visit. Timepoint: on 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 Day that is 5 settings.;Discharge from the fistulous opening.Timepoint: on 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 Day that is 5 settings.;Itching around the tract.Timepoint: on 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 Day that is 5 settings.—
