Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with BMI greater than or equal to 25 2) Subjects with classical Lakshanas of Sthaulya 3) Female subjects irrespective of Occupation Religion Socio economic status 4) Subjects belonging to age group between 18 to 60 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Male subjects. 2)Secondary Obesity like Cushing s syndrome, Genetic syndrome. 3)Medicine induced obesity like Corticosteroids, Antipsychotics, Antidepressants. 4)Pregnant & Lactating women.
