Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menstruating adolescent females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents unable to communicate due to speech or hearing impediment 2. Adolescents who are known to be cognitively impaired 3. Adolescents unable to practice usual menstrual hygiene methods due to physical disability
