Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of HMB for past 3 cycles, 2. PBAC score equal or greater than 100 for previous menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of AUB with structural causes, any other pelvic structural pathologies identified by USG 2. Hb value less than 10 g per dL 3. Participants who have inserted Intrauterine device 4. Participants who are UPT Positive 5. Known case of DM, HTN, Thyroid dysfunction and or any other bleeding disorder and or who are under any other medications.

MeasureTime frame
Change in quantity of menstrual bleeding using PBAC score Pre-intervention assessment- PBAC score of the entire menstrual cycle immediately preceding drug administration (as documented in the inclusion criteria: PBAC greater than or equal to 100) will be documemted. Post-intervention assessment- PBAC score calculated from the entire menstrual cycle during which the trial drug will be administered for first three daysTimepoint: 1. Day 0 2. After completion of menstrual cycle
