Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients admitted with AKI to Lok nayak Hospital will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients known to have CKD will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
Clinical profile of patients more than 18 years of age admitted with AKITimepoint: At discharge, then at 3 months after discharge.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Proportion of comorbidities & risk factors leading to AKI. 2. Outcome of AKI at discharge & 3 months after discharge. 3. Proportion of cases with various types of AKI (Prerenal, Renal & Postrenal). 4. Association of AKI with biomarkers. 5. Association of AKI with radiological features.Timepoint: At discharge, then at 3 months after discharge.
