Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of menopausal syndrome 2 Patients experiencing natural menopause with associated symptoms 3 Patients who are willing to give their consent for study and complying regular follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Bilateral oophorectomy or premature menopause Ultrasonography if required to confirm 2 Patients on Hormone replacement therapy or other hormonal therapies 3 Serious psychiatric or medical illness that could confound symptom reporting 4 Patient not willing to participate in the study
