Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Players who do regular practice 2. Players who have been practising since 2 years 3. Players willing to practice in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recreational field hockey players 2. Players who play the role of Goal keeper 3. Players who have reported recent injury or trauma less than 6 months back
