To correlate the changes in MIP-1 alpha levels in GCF & saliva with the changes in clinical periodontal parameters after access flap surgery & non-surgical periodontal therapy. Timepoint: All the parameters ie MIP-1 alpha in saliva & gcf, clinical periodontal parameters will be assessed at baseline in both groups without any intervention followed by surgery & repeated non surgical therapy.3month post both treatment completion, all these parameters will be assessed again. | — |
